To let the other person believe what you want to say, you need to have an experience based on truth and nothing before explaining anything to anyone. I own a store in Hampshire, UK. During my first days at my store, it was very hard for me to compel customers for buying anything from my store. 

Obviously, the brands’ names are the guarantee itself. But the customers who were not well acquainted by different brand names always used to irritate me by asking such questions that usually blew my mind. I still remember a woman asked me whether she could have a cup of tea while being in her bed in a comforter that she was interested to buy. I answered that yes she could but the quilt would not make a cup of tea for her. I know that it was a bit rude but such questions are sometimes hard to swallow without answering them in a funny way. That woman did not buy that favorite comforter for herself. But she taught me that I should think before selling anything.

I have learnt allot of things during ten years of store keeping. The most important point is that you should check a product by yourself to explain your customer that how it feels like while using it. I have different types of comforters at my store. I always take one piece out of every bundle to my home and check it before selling it to my costumers. I love checking the newest duvets that are delivered to my store.
